Is my requested appointment time guaranteed?

• If we determine that your requested time is available, we’ll confirm the details with you in advance by phone or email.

Do you offer next day appointments?

• We do, however, if we are entirely booked for that day, we’ll consider arranging your appointment with your alternate preferred date and time.

Are there fees involved to bring my vehicle in to get a damage estimate?

• No. Midstate Collision offers FREE, no obligation estimates.

Do I need insurance coverage to get an estimate?

• Although many of our customers use auto insurance to cover their repairs, it is not required.

Can I arrange my appointment on a Saturday?

• Sorry we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
